InnoStrat Welcomes Malte Clausen as Senior Partner

As InnoStrat continues to strengthen its leadership and scale its impact, we are delighted to welcome Malte Clausen as our new Senior Partner. Already a valued member of our Board of Directors, Malte will now take an expanded role to lead strategic growth across our Medical Affairs and innovation services.

With more than 20 years of leadership and advisory experience across the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and energy sectors, Malte brings a rare combination of strategic clarity, transformation expertise, and executive-level insight.

He has previously held senior roles at both McKinsey & Company and Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he advised leading global companies on strategic and operational transformation. His perspective bridges high-level strategy and hands-on implementation — a combination that will be key to supporting InnoStrat’s expanding client base.
