As InnoStrat continues to expand internationally, we are pleased to announce the addition of three highly experienced professionals to our Board of Directors. With deep expertise in biopharma innovation, strategy, and corporate development, they will play a key role in driving our continued growth and delivering even greater value to our clients.

Welcoming 3 new board members:

🔹 Christian Kanstrup – CEO of Evaxion Biotech and former SVP of Strategy, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs at Novo Nordisk. Christian brings extensive international leadership experience in biopharmaceutical innovation and corporate strategy.

🔹 Jakob Wedel – SVP of Corporate Development and M&A at Illumina and former Partner at Bain & Co. Jakob specializes in corporate development and scaling consultancy businesses.

🔹 Malte Clausen – Former Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Malte has decades of experience advising global healthcare, biotech, and energy companies on strategy and operations.
