Jan has 30 years of experience in creating innovative business models and activities in the life sciences and instrumentation industries. This gives him unique insights into the full value chain of global life science organisations and their stakeholders.
Jan implements novel ideals using change-management and behavioural-science tools.

Mikkel has developed and launched innovative life-science products globally since 1990, both in pharmaceuticals, medical devices and diagnostics, including three diabetes block-busters. Mikkel bridges science and commercial functions using his strong planning and analytical skills. Mikkel excels at implementing projects, especially if they seem impossible at first.

Malte offers two decades of experience as a senior executive consultant in strategy and operations across health care, industrial biotech and the energy sector.
Malte was recently the global topic lead for industrial biotech at BCG working with private equity and corporate clients on investments in high growth biotech scaleups.

Henrik has comprehensive expertise across the development-to-product-launch value chain, including clinical operations, market access, and pricing. With a proven track record in senior roles at leading pharma companies, he ensures successful drug positioning, launch strategies, and engagement with key stakeholders to secure market access and reimbursement.

Stanislav is a medical doctor with 20+ years of global experience in clinical drug development, marketing, and medical affairs. Specializing in chronic care areas, he drives real-world evidence generation and shapes strategies to support lifecycle management, bridging clinical, marketing, and scientific disciplines to deliver impactful solutions.

Barbara brings 15+ years of experience in clinical trials and medical affairs, managing phase 2–4 studies and real-world evidence projects. With expertise spanning protocol development to study reports, she excels at providing medical information and driving collaboration between clinical teams and key opinion leaders.

Sherina has 20+ years of experience in global clinical trial management, patient engagement, and advocacy strategies. She specializes in innovative, customer-focused solutions, combining strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure impactful project outcomes for pharmaceutical stakeholders.

Maria specializes in real-world evidence (RWE) and medical affairs, with 20+ years of experience in pipeline and lifecycle optimization. Her expertise in evidence planning and collaborative strategies supports successful project execution across therapeutic areas, enhancing patient outcomes and driving value-driven medical initiatives.

Kanit is an experienced project manager specializing in global medical excellence. Known for innovation and structured leadership, Kanit leads cross-functional projects and programs that translate opportunities into measurable benefits, consistently delivering value to clients through well-executed solutions.

Sabine has 20+ years of experience as Commercial Lead, having held Marketing Leadership positions on global, regional and local levels. She has launched multiple innovative life-science products in diabetes and rare diseases in key EU markets. She has a passion for guiding cross-functional launch teams, taking a unified and insights-driven approach via seamless collaboration between Medical Affairs and Commercial.

Louise recently completed a Master’s in pharmaceutical engineering and has a strong interest in clinical research and treatment development. With experience from Novo Nordisk, she supports InnoStrat’s projects with her technical expertise and passion for improving patient outcomes.

Anastasia, a medical sciences student, contributes a clinical perspective to InnoStrat’s projects. She assists with data collection and analysis, ensuring healthcare solutions are evidence-based and aligned with patient needs.

Rasmus is pursuing a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration. At InnoStrat, he supports various projects by applying his knowledge of business administration. Rasmus assists in research, data analysis, and project management.

Our board of directors brings together industry leaders with extensive expertise in life sciences, strategy, and corporate development. With backgrounds in top-tier consulting, biotech, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare innovation, they provide strategic guidance to drive our growth, ensuring we deliver high-impact solutions to our clients.

With 25+ years in the life sciences industry, Christian specializes in general management, corporate development, and commercialization. He has recently completed tenures as CEO of Evaxion Biotech and as EVP at Mediq. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Novo Nordisk across Denmark, the US, Japan, China, and Switzerland. Christian provides guidance and support to the InnoStrat team to further develop the InnoStrat offerings and organization.

Jakob serves as the Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer at Illumina, where he leads strategic planning, partnerships, and acquisitions. With over 25 years in top-tier strategy consulting, including roles at EY-Parthenon, McKinsey & Company, and Bain & Company, Jakob brings a wealth of experience in driving growth and innovation in the life sciences sector. His expertise will be instrumental in guiding InnoStrat’s strategic initiatives and corporate development efforts.

Malte is the founder of Clausen Advice and a former Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He offers two decades of experience as a senior executive consultant in strategy and operations across health care, industrial biotech and the energy sector. Malte was recently the global topic lead for industrial biotech at BCG working with private equity and corporate clients on investments in high growth biotech scaleups. Before BCG, he led a division at Vestas Wind Systems, and earlier still he was a manager at McKinsey & Company. Malte’s extensive experience provides essential insights to InnoStrat’s client-centered innovation strategies.
